Rajshahi still unbeaten in one-dayer of NCL

          Rajshahi remained unbeaten in the one-dayer of the Ispahani Mirzapore Tea 7th National Cricket League as they defeated Sylhet by five wickets in the eighth round match at the Rajshahi Divisional Stadium Thursday, reports BDNEWS.
Rajshahi Vs Sylhet
With the day's match, Rajshahi, who confirmed one-day title, won all their eight matches.
Batted first Sylhet were bundled out for 103 runs in 36.4 overs. Opener Imtiaz Hossain was the highest scorer with 28 runs. Shafaq Al Zaber and Suhrawardi Shuvo bagged three wickets each.
In reply, Rajshahi reached the target scoring 106 runs in 29.4 overs losing five wickets.
Opener Johurul Islam played an unbeaten knock of 58 runs for the winners.
Chittagong Vs Dhaka
Batting first Chittagong made a challenging total of 245 runs before they were all out in 49.1 overs. Lower order batsman Iliyas Sunny scored 46 runs for Chittagong while Nazimuddin 37.
Mehrab Hossain (Jr.) grabbed four wickets, Mohammad Sharif three and Reazul Islam bagged two wickets for Dhaka.
Replying the total Dhaka were all out for 216 runs in 47.3 overs. Skipper Al Shahriar Rokon was the highest scorer with 60.
Faisal Hossain bagged four wickets for the winners.
Barisal Vs Khulna
Batted first Khulna scored 246 runs for six wickets. opener Nazmus Sadat missed his century for only two runs when he was run out.
In reply, Barisal reached the target comfortably scoring 247 runs in 46.2 overs losing four wickets with four half-centuries from Imran Ahmed, Hannan Sarkar, Nasiruddin Sabur and Marshal Ayub.
The four-day match begins Friday between the same opponents at the same venues.
