Dhaka Bank receives Human Rights Award ’06

          Dhaka Bank Limited, one of the leading private commercial banks of the country, received the Human Rights Award 2006 for their active participation in the Dhaka City Beautification Programme.
Dhaka Bank renovated the Kadam Flower Fountain in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of its contribution to the Dhaka City beautification programme during the 13th SAARC summit held in Dhaka.
Communications Minister Nazmul Huda handed over the award to Dhaka Bank Limited Managing Director Shahed Noman at a function organised by the Bangladesh Society for the Enforcement of Human Rights at the LGED auditorium in the city recently.
