FE Report
4/1/2005

Application of sophisticated technology at the Beximco Industrial Park has impressed Chairman of Pakistan Senate Mohammed Mian Soomro, said a press release.
Soomro felt that there were great opportunities for collaboration and joint ventures between the organisations of the two brotherly countries. He said Beximco had made a great start in this direction.
Soomro and his wife Khadija Soomro visited Beximco Industrial Park Tuesday. He was welcomed by Beximco Group Chairman ASF Rahman and Group Director and CEO of Beximco Textiles Naved Husain and his wife Saniya Husain.
High Commissioner of Pakistan in Bangladesh Manzar Shafiq and his spouse Rehana Manzar also accompanied the distinguished guest during the visit.
Beximco has also been exporting high quality shirts to Pakistan and importing cotton, yarn and other fabrics from Pakistan.
