AKTEL inks corporate deal with Blossom Textile

          AKTEL signed a corporate deal with the Blossom Textile Limited (BTL) at the AKTEL's Customer Care Centre in Comilla recently.
AKTEL Chief Operating Officer Vijay Watson and BTL Director Patrick Yeung singed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, BTL will be entitled to get reduced call rate and one-point, customer service from the AKTEL.
AKTEL has more than 6,000 corporate customers in Bangladesh. Corporate users prefer to use AKTEL connections due to its good products that provide fast access to better call quality and good customer care services, added the release.
In addition, the cost can be controlled as AKTEL offers 1-second pulse and Group Talk Plan (GTP), which allows 50 per cent reduction in tariff within the organisation.
Also present at the signing ceremony were AKTEL Manager (Customer Care) Kh. Farrukh Sayeed and Branch Head of Comilla Customer Care Centre Md Nur Alam.
