          Recommendation of company dividend
Niloy Cement: The board of directors of Niloy Cement Limited has recommended 5.0 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2005.
Azadi Printers: The board of directors of Azadi Printers Limited has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2005.
Agni System: The board of directors of Agni Systems Limited has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2005. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 19, 2005 at 9:30am at Spectra Convention Centre, Gulshan, Dhaka. There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company on November 08, 2005 following its corporate declaration.
Aftab Auto: The board of directors of Aftab Automobiles Limited has recommended 20 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2005.
Daffodil Computers: Daffodil Computers Limited has recommended 12 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The AGM of the company will be held on December 22, 2005 at 10:00am at Daffodil Institute of Information Technology (DIIT), Dhaka.
BDCom Online: BDCom Online Limited has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The AGM of the company will be held on December 20, 2005 at 11:00am at the Institute of Engineers, Dhaka. The book-closure of the company will be from November 24 to December 20, 2005.
Company's net profit/loss
Alltex Ind: Alltex Industries Limited earned a post-tax net profit of Tk 16.78 million for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The earning per share (EPS) of the company stood at Tk 3.50.
Orion Infussion: Orion Infussions Limited earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 11.73 million for the year ended on June 30, 2005.
