CHITTAGONG, Dec 23: Imperial Development Technology has recently achieved the "Financial News Services Business Award-2005" as the country's best housing company.
The award was handed over to the Imperial Group Co-Chairman Sayed Ahsanul Alam at a function held recently in the city.
Communications Minister Nazmul Huda graced the occasion as the chief guest. State Minister For Liberation War Affairs Md Rezaul Karim and State Minister for Finance and Planning Anwarul Kabir Talukdar were the special guests.
Nazmul Huda in his speech said Imperial Development Technology is a pride of our nation because of its innovative ideas of constructing houses on hill-tops.
He also stressed the government's continuous support for such innovative ideas of the country's housing and real estate entrepreneurs.
The company, one of the country's pioneers in building hill-top apartments, concentrates on natural architecture. Presently it is offering world-class luxury apartments and houses at the top of the Khulshi hills. From there one would see the panoramic beauty of sea and hills simultaneously.
Imperial Development is also planning to build a number of prestigious projects in the scenic surroundings of Dhaka, Chittagong and Cox's Bazar.
