Potato cultivation gaining ground in Rajshahi div

          SIRAJGANJ, Feb 23: Potato cultivation is gaining momentum in the four districts of Rajshahi division.
An extensive scheme has also been taken to grow potato in Pabna, Bogra, Natore and Sirajganj districts of the division during the current season.
When asked, a source at the Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE) told the FE that a total of 19,950 hectares of land had been brought under potato cultivation scheme this year against the production target of 2,45,125 tonnes of potato.
