25,000 patients treated at Apollo Hospital
FE Report
9/12/2005

More than 25,000 patients have received treatment and more than 600 surgeries have successfully been performed at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka since the inception, said a press release of it.
Till very recently healthcare was an expensive proposition for all as most critical medical facilities meant going to the foreign hospitals. However, the current scenario now seems to be improving especially after the Apollo Group opened their newest healthcare facility in the city.
Now some of the world's most advanced medical facilities can be availed at par with the rest of the world. The hospital has become the single-stop solution for medical needs. Its launch has been instrumental in making the country's medical industry more competitive.
The role of Apollo also lies in spreading health awareness amongst the citizens. Through social and educative initiatives, the hospital strives to develop a newer health conscious generation while saving on the much-needed foreign exchange for the country's economy.
