Islami Commercial Insurance holds board meeting

          The 45th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islami Commercial Insurance Co Ltd was held recently in the boardroom of the company with Chairman of Board of Directors Md Anowar Hossain presiding.
The Board deliberated on different policy and operational issues regarding business of the company and gave necessary guidance to the management to accelerate its overall growth and development.
Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of the company and prominent business personality, industrialist and Executive Director of Kohinoor Chemical (BD.) Md Rezaul Karim attended the rneeting.
Also present among other directors were M Kamaluddin Chowdhury, leading business personality and Managing Director of Golden Emporium Ltd. Niaz Ahmed, prominent business personality, chairman of Sea Global Ltd and managing director of Tongipara Paribahan Ltd Sk Salahuddin, leading businessman and sponsor of Continental Hospital, Dhaka and president of the Captain Construction Company Incorporation, New York MG Faruk, director general of Islamic Foundation Bangladesh, former board chairman and at present EC Charman of Al-Arafa Islami Bank and adviser of the company AZM Shamsul Alam, and Maniging Director AK Momtaz Khan.
