Our Correspondent

CHITTAGONG, Mar 9: The construction work of
the world trade centre (WTC) will begin soon as the process for building the long-awaited trade centre is in progress.
Meantime, technical and financial offers submitted by the three organisations interested in this connection have been opened and two of them get preliminary nominations.
According to CCCI sources, necessary work-orders are likely to be issued to these two organisations--Concord Engineering and construction Limited and Mir Akter-ABC Joint Venture Limited---after evaluating the offers submitted by them.
