CHITTAGONG, Mar 10 (UNB): The skeleton of business magnate and BNP leader Jamaluddin Chowdhury, abducted in July 2003 and later killed, was handed over Friday to his family at their residence in Chandgaon area of the port city. Farman Reza Chowdhury received his father's skeleton from CID Investigation Officer (IO) in the Jamaluddin abduction case Anwar Hossain at about 11:00 am. His younger brother Arman Reza Chowdhury was present at the time. The DNA report received on March 6 confirmed that the skeleton the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) dug out from a deep forest in Fatikchhari Upazila on August 24 last year was that of Jamaluddin. The DNA test was conducted at a Singapore hospital.
