Two bodies recovered from a covered van in city

          Bodies of a driver and a helper of a covered van were found inside it in city's Shyampur Saturday, reports BDNEWS.
Police suspect they were strangled to death earlier while they were on the way to Dhaka by the covered-van loaded with tyres from port city Chittagong.
The driver Alauddin, 30, hailed from Fatehpur under Sadar Upazila in Noahkhali district while the helper Shakil, 18, was a resident of South Goila village under Agoiljhara Upazila in Barisal district.
Shyampur thana police said they recovered the bodies from the driver's seat of the covered van which was left abandoned in front of 'Azad Re-rolling Mill' at Postogola at about 12:00 pm.
