Masum A Chowdhury and Rezaul Karim were unanimously re-elected chairman and vice chairman of the board of directors respectively of Oriental Bank Limited in its board meeting preceded by the annual general meeting (AGM) held in the city Sunday.
The meeting was presided over by Board of Directors Chairman Masum A Chowdhury.
The meeting was also attended by a large number of shareholders.
Also present, among others, were Vice Chairman Rezaul Karim, directors Mehadi Hasan, Md Zakir Hossain, Nesaruddin Mohammad Oliullah, Niaz Ahmed, Shehadul Islam, Mujibur Rahaman Milon, Salman Karim, Secretary and BMM Mozharul Huq and Managing Director CM Koyes Sami.
