Harunar Rashid Khan and Huron Nahar Rashid, sponsor directors of Monno Jutex, Monno Staf, Monno Ceramic and Monno Fabrics, have reported their intention to transfer 17581, 7000, 305860 and 22,28,000 shares respectively of the companies to Monno Welfare Foundation by way of donation outside the trading system of the exchange as approved by the SEC earlier.
