BEIJING, Feb 24 (AFP): China and the United States vowed to step up law enforcement cooperation Thursday and signed an agreement aimed at making greater joint efforts to crack down on drug trafficking, officials said. During a meeting of the US-China joint liaison group on law enforcement, the two sides inked an agreement to establish a working group linking the US Drug Enforcement Administration and China's Public Security Bureau. The group will exchange information on enforcement, drug trafficking and money-laundering, US officials said.
