Eminent journalist and poet Yusuf Pasha was killed in a road accident in the city Friday afternoon, reports BSS.
Pasha, an assistant editor of the Daily Janakantha, sustained serious injuries when a passenger bus hit him at the Bangla Motor crossing while he was crossing the road, hospital sources said.
Immediately after the accident, Pasha was rushed to the Orthopedic Hospital in the city where the attending doctors declared him dead.
