ULCL recommend 32pc cash dividend

          Board of directors of the United Leasing Company Ltd (ULCL) has recommended 32 per cent cash dividend and 1:2 bonus share (one bonus share for every two shares) for the year 2005. Date of AGM of the company is April 20, 2006. Record date is March 23, 2006. The company also reported that it has earned a net profit of Tk 178.83 million during the year 2005. The time and venue of AGM has not yet been disclosed.
NAV of AIMS First Tk 1.11
Net Asset Value (NAV) of AIMS First Guaranteed Mutual Fund stood Tk 1.11 per share at the close of business operations on 31 Jan `06 after accounting for all liabilities as against face value of Tk 1.00.

Long Belt Conveyor of LSCL to
be completed by mid-May
Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd (LSCL) has said that rebuilding of the damaged portion of the long belt conveyor (LBC) is expected to be completed by mid-May 2006. It the said rebuilding of LBC is completed on time, the Co. anticipates that the cement plant will start production by May 2006.
NAV of Grameen Mutual Fund Tk 10.59
Net Asset Value of Grameen Mutual Fund One stood Tk 10.59 per share at the close of business operations on 31 Jan '06 after accounting for all liabilities as against face value of Tk 10.00.
