Price indices gain at DSE, CSE

          The secondary capital market experienced correction, as the prices on both the stock exchanges marked gains Tuesday in cautious trading.
The price indices on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) went up, as the gaining issues outplayed the losing ones. The trade turnover, in terms of both volume and value, however, decreased on the day.
The DSE All Share Price Index closed at 1270.28 points, registering 13.45 points or 1.07 per cent rise from 1256.83 points of Monday, the previous trading day.
The DSE General Index increased by 18.76 points or 1.14 per cent to close at 1668.84 points from 1650.08 points of the previous day.
The DSE-20 Index gained by 10.00 points or 0.63 per cent to close at 1586.34 points from 1576.44 points.
The CSE All Share Price Index rose by 1.09 per cent to finish at 3393.32 points from 3356.66 points and the CSE-30 Index moved up by 0.39 per cent to close at 3099.96 points from 3088.01 points.
