Coast Guard members of west zone seized different kinds of banned fishing nets worth Tk 0.7 million (7.25 lakh) from Patuakhali's Mohipur Bazar and its adjacent areas Monday, reports UNB.
Coast Guard sources said that in separate raids they recovered the nets, including 10,000 metres of current net.
